I am extremely disappointed in Charlotte and Emily, and the careless manner with which they broke a cherished heirloom of mine. Fear overcomes them as I promise a hard caning, but I have very little sympathy. Charlotte goes first, for her very first experience with a cane, and she shakes and shivers as the rattan meets her bare bottom. Next, Emily assumes the position, yelping and sobbing in pain at each and every stroke, as I leave bright red stripes on her well-deserving cheeks.
