Best friends Judy and Susie find themselves suddenly at odds, sadly over some silly young man's affections. They settle on a spanking competition, deciding who wimps out first, and who gets the lad.

What comes around, goes around, and now it's Susie's turn to find out about pain. Judy swings the prison cane through the air, landing lash after lash on Susie's tender young bottom. The pain makes Susie jump, rubbing her bottom and hoping for mercy, as bright red lines appear on her cheeks.
