With her sore, spanked bottom sticking out, Charlotte fails her second spelling test. Miss Mathews is not amused, and bends the poor student over a chair for another punishment in front of her classmates. Scolding her harshly, the teacher takes a leather strap to Charlotte, severely scolding her whilst turning her cheeks bright scarlet red.
